The short version: we collect the minimum we need to reply to your enquiry and deliver your project. We don't sell your data, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't add you to any mailing list you didn't ask to join.

Who we are.

Enquire Sprints ("we", "us", "our") is a sole-trader web design studio based in London. The data controller for the purposes of UK GDPR is Enquire Sprints, contactable at Enquiresprints@enquiresprints.com.

What data we collect.

When you use our website, we may collect:

  • Enquiry form data — your name, email, business name, business type, location, the service you're interested in, and any message you send us.
  • Email correspondence — anything you send us by email, plus our replies.
  • Basic anonymous analytics — page views, country, device type, and referrer. No personally identifying information. We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't set tracking cookies.

Why we collect it.

To reply to your enquiry, to deliver the services you've asked us to deliver, to send you invoices, and to understand which pages of the site are useful to visitors. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (responding to your enquiry) and contract (delivering work you've engaged us for).

How long we keep it.

Enquiry data: 12 months after your last contact with us, then deleted. Project data: 6 years after project completion (for UK tax record-keeping). Analytics: aggregated and retained indefinitely; no personal identifiers.

Who we share it with.

Only the providers we need to run the business:

  • Netlify (US/EU) — hosts this website and processes form submissions.
  • Our email provider — receives and sends our email.
  • UK tax authorities — if legally required.

We never sell your data and never share it with advertisers or marketing platforms.

Your rights.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Email Enquiresprints@enquiresprints.com with "Data request" in the subject line and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk) if you're unhappy with how we handle your data.

Cookies.

We do not use tracking cookies or marketing cookies. See our cookies page for details.

Changes to this policy.

If we materially change how we handle data, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly by email.
