Every question.
Properly answered.

No marketing waffle. If something's not here, email us and it will be by tomorrow.

Pricing & payment

How much does a website cost with Enquire Sprints?

A multi-page website is £199 as a one-off flat fee. The Launch Bundle (website + Google Business Profile + social media pack) is £299, saving £38 versus buying separately. There are no monthly fees and no retainers.

How do I pay?

50% on start, 50% on launch. UK bank transfer or card. We send a proper invoice. No subscriptions, no auto-renewals.

What about VAT?

Prices are inclusive — what you see is what you pay. If your business is VAT-registered and you want a VAT invoice, just ask.

Do you charge a monthly fee or retainer?

No. Everything is a one-off flat fee. You'll pay separately for your own domain (typically £10–£15/year) and hosting is free on Netlify's free tier for sites our size.

Process & timing

How long does a website take to build?

Most websites go live within seven days of you sending us your content. The Launch Bundle takes 7–10 working days. We share progress daily so you're never wondering what's happening.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Your menu or service list, your prices, your opening hours, your address, your contact details, and any photos or existing branding. If you don't have photos, we'll recommend quick options. If you don't have copy, we'll write it.

How many revisions are included?

Two rounds, which is almost always enough. Further changes are billed at a flat hourly rate, agreed in advance — there will be no surprise invoice at the end.

Will I see drafts before launch?

Yes. You'll get a private preview link a few days in. You leave feedback in plain English — no design jargon required — and we'll make the changes.

Ownership, hosting & domain

Who owns the website?

You do. Completely. The site files, the assets, the copy and the domain are all in your name. You can move designer, change host or take it in-house at any time.

Where is the site hosted?

Netlify. Their free tier handles small business traffic comfortably and includes SSL (the padlock). If your site grows, the next tier is around £15/month and we'd flag it well in advance.

Do I need to buy my own domain?

Yes — in your own name. We'll show you exactly how to buy one (around £10–£15/year) so it's always yours, not ours. We then connect it to your new site.

Can I update the website myself later?

Yes. We'll show you exactly how to make basic updates — change opening hours, swap photos, edit prices. For bigger changes, come back to us or to anyone else; the choice is always yours.

SEO, ranking & getting found

Will my site rank on Google?

Yes — for local, intent-driven searches relevant to your business. Every site we build ships with the SEO basics done properly: page titles, descriptions, schema markup, sitemap, robots.txt, image alt text, mobile-friendly design and fast load times. Combined with a properly set up Google Business Profile, you'll show up where it counts.

What we won't promise: page one for "London restaurants" inside a month. That's a multi-year, multi-thousand-pound investment for any business. We focus on the local, "near me" and brand-name searches where small businesses actually win.

Do I get a Google Business Profile?

Only if you buy that service (£59) or the Launch Bundle (£299). The website alone doesn't include profile setup, but we will show you how to do it yourself if you'd prefer.

Bookings, payments & shop

Can you build an online ordering system?

We embed existing third-party systems (Square, Stripe, Fresha, Booksy, ChowNow) into the £199 site at no extra cost. Building a bespoke ordering or e-commerce system is a different scope — we'll quote separately, honestly.

Can customers book appointments through my site?

Yes, via the booking platform you already use — Fresha, Booksy, Treatwell, Square Appointments, Calendly. We embed it so customers tap and book without leaving your site.

After launch

What happens if something breaks?

You get 30 days of bug-fix support after launch at no cost. After that, we charge a flat hourly rate for any work — and there's never an obligation to come back to us.

Do you do ongoing marketing?

No — by design. There are plenty of London agencies who do that well. We're the people who get you set up properly so you can do basic marketing yourself, or hire a specialist when you're ready.

Still got a question?
Just ask.

If it's quick, email us. If it needs the form, use that. We reply the same day.
